Our work includes the factual investigation of such claims and the preparation of employer position statements to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). We have handled claims involving Title VII – race, gender, national origin, and religious discrimination, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act. We also represent clients in regard to employment contracts, including non-disclosure, non-compete, and non-solicitation agreements.
