Katy Robertson is originally from Mississippi, and moved to the metro Atlanta area in 2016.  In 2006, she graduated from Auburn University’s honors college, magna cum laude, with a degree in political science.  She went on to obtain her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2009.   While in law school, she was involved in the Dean’s Leadership Council, interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, worked in the child advocacy clinic and served as a research clerk for the Dean of the law school. She also was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence award in Contracts and won the family law memo competition.

Prior to joining the firm, Katy worked as a PR associate at BGR, a lobbying and public relations firm, in Washington D.C., working with a variety of clients including embassies, businesses and trade associations.  She also spent three years practicing law in Mississippi.

Katy lives in Sandy Springs with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, running, travelling, reading, volunteering at church and in the community, and watching college football.
